Mr. Miller attended the U.S. Naval Academy before attending Yale Law School, where he was president and co-founder of the Law and Technology Society, and founded the technology law and policy news site LawMeme. See if you get a traffic-spike. I tend to think you won't get much, just because of the hassles of finding a site if it's not linked from the source.

Thank you for your excellent research about the issue of free speech. Considering that large FCC fines were issued under the Clinton Administration, it will be interesting to see what President Kerry does to limit the FCC's control over free speech. One thing is perfectly clear, another four years of Bush will certainly mean further moves towards censorship, not seen before in this country. China's control over the media is this Presidents example, only he does it for his fanatical religious faith.
