Reuters reports that a child and his parents have filed a lawsuit against Yahoo! because nude photos of the child had been hosted on the "Candyman" group which was a forum for trading child pornography (Yahoo sued over Candyman child porn site). Although I don't think this case will likely win, there is the potential that victory could have substantial chilling effects.
