Ernest Miller pursues research and writing on cyberlaw, intellectual property, and First Amendment issues. Mr. Miller attended the U.S. Naval Academy before attending Yale Law School, where he was president and co-founder of the Law and Technology Society, and founded the technology law and policy news site LawMeme. He is a fellow of the Information Society Project at Yale Law School.

The LA Times (reg. req.) reports that sales of the "unrated" DVD versions of movies outsell, in many cases, vastly outsell, the theatrical version DVDs (DVDs That Put It On (and Take It All Off)). One of the wonderful things about DVD technology is that is possible to provide the unrated DVD and still provide the rated-version playback on the same disk.
