Mr. Miller attended the U.S. Naval Academy before attending Yale Law School, where he was president and co-founder of the Law and Technology Society, and founded the technology law and policy news site LawMeme. He is a fellow of the Information Society Project at Yale Law School.

C|Net News has a scary article on what one of the possible reasons behind the Apple/Intel marriage might be (Intel-Apple Coupling Could Woo Hollywood). You guessed it, hardware embedded DRM. Enough, perhaps, to challenge Microsoft's shot at trusted computing? That might be a good move for Apple and Intel; Hollywood execs will probably be more comfortable taking orders from Jobs than Gates.
