Ernest Miller pursues research and writing on cyberlaw, intellectual property, and First Amendment issues. Mr. Miller attended the U.S. Naval Academy before attending Yale Law School, where he was president and co-founder of the Law and Technology Society, and founded the technology law and policy news site LawMeme. He is a fellow of the Information Society Project at Yale Law School.

Looks like the Supreme Court decided to hold off on handing down the decision in Grokster and Brand X til next Monday (might they even extend the term a few days as they've done a few times in the past?). SCOTUSBlog reports on the decisions they did release (Court Rules on Kelo Property Taking Case). Kelo is a hot topic among some legal scholars.
